CARING HEARTS INITIATIVE (CHI) FUNDRAISING: REQUEST FOR SPONSORSHIP
ICOC Caring Hearts Initiative (ICOC CHI) is a non-governmental organization registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (CAC/IT/152535). An NGO with a focus on Early Childhood Development and other community developmental programs. Our Early Childhood Development (ECD) program services, cover the thematic areas of a child’s physical, cognitive, linguistic, socio-emotional, and spiritual growth from prenatal to age eight. In order to increase our reach, setting the pace for quality lives, we intend to raise funds through Raffle Ticket Sales which will commence from July – October 2024 with the grand finale scheduled for November 16th, 2024 at No.1 Otunba Jobi-Fele Way Alausa, Ikeja Lagos.
As a matter of introduction and running history: CHI is in partnership with various stakeholders and have supported over 123 vulnerable children with school fees support, 32 tertiary institution students with bursary and scholarship award, provided monthly drug support for children with severe health conditions, food support for 950 vulnerable children from 360 households in deplorable communities as well as providing capacity building for caregivers on Financial Literacy training and Positive Parenting.
Our Request: to sustain and expand our reach to 1,000 vulnerable children over the next 2 years. We are optimistic of a mutually beneficial partnership between you as our sponsor, and Caring Hearts Initiative through Fundraising via sponsorship of the Raffle draw event.
Purpose of Raffle Draw/Fund Raising Event: The primary aim of the event is to raise funds for Nutrition, Education, Health Care, and overall well-being of indigent target groups on our program so that they can develop their natural talents and abilities in myriad fields to the fullest potential, targeting young persons between school age (0-8 years) & undergraduates. The plan is for 30,000 Raffle tickets to be distributed for sale across the following States: Lagos, Ibadan, Ondo, Ogun, Delta, Akwa-Ibom, Anambra, Imo, Abuja FCT, Kaduna, Adamawa and Plateau.
Partnership: Your sponsorship investment will enable us organize the Raffle Draw activities which would include, but not limited to: giveaways such as product items, electronics, return tickets, kitchen appliances and office equipment, etc. While the event will improve your public image, promote brand awareness and provide large media coverage thereby attracting potential investors as a reputable organization of great value.
