Olubunmi Esther Adefolu is an astute seasoned Administrator, Human Resources expert and a Businesswoman in the Confectionery industry.
She had her elementary schooling in Ibadan and her tertiary institution at University of Calabar. Then further in her educational pursuit for Professional qualifications at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrator (ICSA UK in 2006 & Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria 2012). With other continuous development trainings like Mastering Human Resources at Lagos Business School 2012, USAID HR training, PEPFAR Child Protection, British Council Management, Institute of Directors, POISE Finishing School, amongst others.
Bunmi is an associate member of ICSAN and CIPMN, where she serves at the Institutes in different capacities till date.
Her work experience of over 3-decades’ spans in Engineering companies, Public Relations, NGOs and Logistics Business, where she grew her professional career in administration, human resources management, public relations/event management.
Presently, she works as the Head of Human Resources of Red Star Support Services, a subsidiary of Red Star Express PLC, a licensee of FedEx business in Nigeria.
Also serves on the Board of Caring Hearts Initiative, as the Board Secretary. Sitting on the Board of 2 other NGOs providing advisory support in activating their mandates to the general public.
Still running concurrently, a confectionery business that is growing into a household name.
