This will be taught under the following heading:
- Who are we? here the facilitator will explain the history of CHI and how it evolved. Provide the Organizational chart and the set up.
- What do we offer? describe our 5 service areas and those we will be serving
- Why are you here? explain the reason for the training bringing the mission and the Vision of the Organization.
- How do we get there? that is how do we achieve what is stated on the mission and Vision with all of us working together.
- Why you are so important? explain the role of the volunteers.
